Each Management Group is a Strategic Business Unit of Integrated Ventures & Project Management Company, mutually exclusive, however functionally integrated through common Vision. Each Management Group is headed by a Group Lead supported by number of Team Leaders dedicated with various sub-functions. Each Group Lead ensures target setting for the designated area and drives strategies to achieve the decided targets. Each Team Lead is responsible to ensure communication of targets for the team and operational strategy to ensure target completion.
